This class will focus on the what, why and how to apply healthy
eating behavior in our busy lives. You will learn about whole
versus processed foods, how your body handles different types of
food, how to incorporate quick, healthy eating into your life
and myths about healthy eating and weight loss. Each class
includes individual goals/tasks to help you apply these skills
in everyday life!
